Careless of consequences
The skies of the Pacific Northwest are restless and changeable, moving with reckless abandon from brooding to vibrant with nary a blink between; our skies can’t help but slide between your ribs and into your heart with a sweet, sharp beauty. For twenty years I have only fallen deeper and more hopelessly in love with their sublime and daring motion. Our clouds will never apologize for stoking the passion of my brush, and their ardor will never diminish. “Our Reckless Skies” is my series of cloudscapes and skylines that seeks to capture this changeable majesty.
